Position: Accounts Receivable/Customer Service/Inside Project Coordinator

Accounts Receivable/Customer Service/Inside Project Coordinator

Base pay: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr this position reports to the Office Manager and is full‑time.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and handle incoming calls
  • Dispatch new jobs and create job information
  • Data entry using approved computer software
  • Type and process paperwork and business correspondence
  • Prepare production paperwork for the following day
  • Make collection calls
  • Work with insurance adjusters and mortgage companies
  • Scheduling of service vehicles and technicians
  • Maintain timely communication and flow of information with technicians, service providers, estimators and project managers
Performance Competencies
  • Oral Communication – speaks clearly and persuasively; effectively calm excited customers, use questioning, adapt, and think on his/her feet.
  • Written Communication – writes clear, precise, well‑organized letters, proposals, and emails; edits for spelling and grammar.
  • Planning & Organizing – plans, organizes, schedules time efficiently and manages multiple projects.
  • Process Orientation – understands overall steps, seeks continuous improvement, streamlines processes.
  • Technology – uses word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software, and troubleshoots routine issues.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of office and customer service experience.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and cash flow; experience with bookkeeping software such as Sage Intacct is a plus.
  • Strong mathematical skills: compute rates, ratios, percentages, interpret financial reports, and analyze performance.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computers, especially MS Office, Word, and Excel.
