Work Arrangement:In‑office
What You’ll Do:You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Palmer terminal, and occasional support to nearby terminals.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and direct phone calls to other office staff.
- Invoice customers directly, over the phone and through email correspondence.
- Assist with inventory and asset tracking software.
- Process daily paperwork created from fuel deliveries and counter sales.
- Cross train for relief dispatch duties, print tickets, and route fuel deliveries.
- Receive and respond to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
- Exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
- Collect, compile, and analyze moderately complex data and information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials.
- Prepare charts, graphs, or tables as necessary.
- Assist management with daily tasks such as typing correspondence, entering data into a computer, filing records and answering phones.
- Perform other duties that may be needed under the direction of management.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience2 - 3 years' experience in an administrative support function.
Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and proprietary software applications.
Job ScopePosition impacts multiple business units/segments.
Working ConditionsNormal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Extended use of a computer keyboard, viewing of a computer monitor and the ability to sit for long periods of time.
