Enrollment Specialist responsibilities include:

• Assist the Admissions & Records Supervisor by handling communication, organizing the calendar, and coordinating projects.
• Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
• Meet with prospective students, answer questions about the university, areas of study, and opportunities for students.
• Make appointments and provide campus tours when the Admission Representative is unavailable.
• Work closely with the Administrative Services Fiscal Coordinator to make necessary purchases on behalf of the Student Services Department.

One year college coursework in a related field and one year relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

This position is located on the Matanuska‑Susitna campus in Palmer, Alaska. It is a full‑time, non‑exempt staff position with a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 76, based on education and experience.
