• Clinical Leadership:
  Provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team, ensuring patient care meets high standards of quality and safety.

• Clinical Documentation:
  Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Patient Advocacy:
  Advocate for patients and address their concerns to promote health and recovery.

• Current Alaska nursing license or ability to obtain one prior to start date.
• Proven clinical leadership experience in healthcare or similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with treatment teams and patients.
