Altitude Chiropractic

Altitude Chiropractic is seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor who wants to develop a long-term career, build strong patient relationships, learn the business of operating a successful practice, and enjoy everything Alaska has to offer. Both new graduates and experienced chiropractors are encouraged to apply.

The Associate Chiropractor will work alongside Dr. August Manelick and an established administrative, billing, and massage therapy team. This position provides the opportunity to develop an individual patient base while practicing in a supportive, community-focused clinic.

We are willing to discuss either a four- or five-day workweek based on the candidate’s preferences, clinic needs, patient access, and the final agreed‑upon schedule.

The right candidate will also have the opportunity to learn the operational and business sides of chiropractic practice and may eventually be considered for partial clinic ownership.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting annual salary of $90,000–$115,000, based on experience and qualifications
  • $5,000 annual retention bonus after each completed 12 months of continuous employment
  • Quarterly incentive equal to 5% of eligible net collections above $125,000 per quarter
  • SIMPLE IRA participation and employer matching in accordance with the clinic’s plan documents
  • Flexible four- or five-day workweek
  • Highly flexible paid time away, coordinated around patient care, scheduled appointments, and clinic coverage

  • Assistance with reasonable, preapproved continuing‑education expenses

Eligibility requirements, the definition of eligible net collections, bonus calculations, reimbursement terms, and other compensation conditions will be included in the final written employment agreement.

Future ownership is an opportunity for consideration and is not a guaranteed grant of equity. Any ownership arrangement would depend on performance, professional alignment, and business conditions and would require a separate written ownership agreement.
