Position OverviewThe Office of Public Advocacy, Palmer Criminal Section is hiring for a Long Term, Non-Permanent Attorney I-II position focused primarily on Child in Need of Aid matters. The candidate may also handle juvenile delinquency, adult criminal defense, or parent representation in non-CINA custody cases. The office handles cases statewide with focus on Glenallen, Valdez, and Cordova. Occasional intrastate travel may be required.

- Prior experience for at least a year in a similar position before moving to a permanent attorney role.
Pay range: $81,178 – $102,843 annually. Benefits include paid leave and health coverage.
