Shift: 12-hour day shifts (6a–6p)

Setting: Skilled nursing / long-term care

Status: Full-time contract with opportunity for extension

Start Date: ASAP or upon availability

Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and feeding

Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to nursing staff

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient dignity and privacy

Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care

BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

6+ months of recent CNA experience (skilled nursing preferred)

Compassionate, dependable, and ready to jump in where needed
