As part of our team, you’ll enjoy up to $1100 in bonuses! $100 sign‑on bonus paid after 90‑Days of employment, $500 retention bonus paid after 6‑months of employment, and $500 retention bonus paid after 1 year of employment. Restrictions apply (Ask your recruiter for more information).
What You’ll Do- Lead & Inspire:
Hire, train, and develop a strong team while fostering a positive, customer‑first culture. - Drive Results:
Manage inventory, analyze sales, and implement strategies to boost profitability. - Deliver Excellence:
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. - Customer Engagement:
Resolve issues with professionalism and care while building loyalty. - Stay Compliant:
Oversee safety, security, cash management, and company policy adherence. - Step Up:
Be flexible to support nearby stores and step into challenges with confidence.
- Experience:
5+ years as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager. - Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency. - Physical Abilities:
Stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. - Flexibility:
Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Mobility:
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel as needed.
