Asa Tower Technicianwithinthe Wireless Department ,you'llplayavitalroleinouroperations.

Yourresponsibilitiesincludedailyteamcoordination,asafety-first mindset,organization,andtrainingtoensurealignmentwithcompanyobjectivesandstandards.

• Climb,repair,maintain,andbuildcommunicationtowers.
• Installation,replacement,andrepairofantennasystemsequipment.
• Basicuseandcareofhandtoolsandmechanicalequipment.
• Identifyandcommunicatehazardsassociatedwith:
• Tower Climbingand Constructionequipment
• Workingonornearenergizedlinesandelectricalequipment
• Analyzeproblematicsituationsandadoptanappropriatecourseofaction.
• Followinstructionsaccuratelyandcompletetasksasassigned.
• Recognizesafetyhazardsandsafelyperformduties.
• Performjobdutiesinallweatherconditions.
• Completeandsubmit Daily Report sand JSA(Job Safety Analysis ) beforeeachday'swork.

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.
• Self-starterwiththeabilitytoworkwithoutdirectsupervision.
• Possessavaliddriver'slicense(CDLpreferred) andbeabletopassthe
  
  Motor Vehicle Recordscheck ,drug screening,andbackgroundcheck.
• Climbtallstructures(100feetormore) witha
  50lb.load.
• Highlyorganizedanddetail-oriented.
• Effectivecommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal.
• Maintainaconsistentlevelofexcellenceinjobperformanceandworkethic.
• Proficientincomputeruse.
• Travelforextendedperiodsuptoandincluding Overtime,nights,weekends,and holidays.
