Manufacturing Engineer

Join Lionsgate as a junior Manufacturing Engineer and spend your days turning ambitious requirements into systems that quietly do their job. What makes this Lionsgate role different is the ownership; the $69,000 - $98,000 and remote hours are just the entry fee.

• Reproduce the quietly-relentless bug from the Fairbanks field report, then make it impossible again
• Harden Lionsgate's Flask auth so the AK audit came back clean
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end to end
• Tune PostgreSQL caching so Lionsgate survives the Fairbanks launch spike on the same hardware
• Spot the empowering Tailwind CSS anti-pattern in review before it spreads through Lionsgate
• Hand off PostgreSQL runbooks so the next on-call at Lionsgate sleeps better
• Tune PostgreSQL queries until the AK database stops timing out under load

• Junior fluency in Google Cloud, with Work Ethic on your roadmap
• A collaborator who makes the junior review feel less like an exam
• Working understanding of both Tailwind CSS and Strategic Planning in real-world settings
• Judgment seasoned by at least 1 years of real consequences
• Ability to learn new technology systems quickly and apply them effectively

At the heart of Lionsgate is a detail-focused belief that great technology software should feel effortless. We treat every new Manufacturing Engineer as a fresh set of eyes, so tell us what looks broken.

We anchor everything in $69,000 - $98,000, then add mentorship, benefits, and the freedom to flex your remote schedule around real life.
