Sanderson Mac Leod is looking for ambitious, creative, reliable and mechanically inclined Machine Set-Up Operators on 2nd Shift who are passionate about using their skills to change the world by producing twisted wire brushes that supply essential industries worldwide. We use the most up-to-date technology and progressive processes in manufacturing (ranging from manual to fully automatic) to provide our clients with innovative products.

An ideal candidate is passionate about finding out how machines work, possesses good problem-solving skills and enjoys automation system maintenance. You will succeed in this role if you have a desire to take control of your income through hard work and dedication. Through our OPTIM program, you have ownership over your paycheck by maintaining attendance, following policies and procedures, and committing to flexible overtime … effective week 1!

• Mechanical inclination to set-up and operate machinery safely and efficiently to production standards.
• Ability to move around to different machines and work on your feet or sitting while communicating effectively with other employees.
• Standard hours for S2 are Monday - Friday, 3:30 p.m. to Midnight. Weekly and at times weekend overtime is available as business need requires.
• Candidates should have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen if offered the position.

Eligible for attendance/performance bonuses starting WEEK 1! Individuals who participate in our weekly OPTIM Bonus Program could increase their annual salary 28% or more!
