Nursing Manager

Overview

A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Palmer, MA
, is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Unit Manager
. This full-time leadership role is vital to the success of our clinical team and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day care provided on the units.

The Nurse Unit Manager will work closely with the Director of Nursing to support clinical staff, ensure quality care delivery, and assist in monitoring documentation and compliance standards. Our facility has a strong track record of excellence in patient care and is looking for a motivated Registered Nurse eager to grow alongside our expanding organization.

• Oversee the day-to-day care provided on the units.
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to support clinical staff, ensure quality care delivery, and monitor documentation and compliance standards.

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid compact state license.
• Minimum 2 years of nurse management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or similar level of care.
• Strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to teamwork.
