AreaSales Coordinator – Massachusetts
The Area Sales Coordinator based out of our MA location will play a crucial role in facilitating sales activities and driving revenue growth within their designated region.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the regional sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate and schedule sales appointments, meetings, and presentations for the sales representatives.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, proposals, and contracts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct market research and gather intelligence on competitors and industry trends within the assigned area.
- Manage and update customer databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; 2+ years of proven experience in sales coordination, support, or administration, preferably within the food and beverage sector or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internal software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques, with a customer‑centric approach.
- Flexibility to travel within the designated area as required.
