Job Overview
We’re looking for warm, caring individuals to become Papa Pals—part‑time companion caregivers—who provide companionship and assistance to older adults and families in Palmetto, FL.
Responsibilities- Offer companionship and friendly company to clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and running errands.
- Provide transportation to appointments or errands.
- Use the mobile app to select hourly visits (typically 2–4 hours each) and schedule around your life.
- Earn up to $17.00/hr, plus mileage reimbursement where applicable.
- Work a flexible schedule; no prior caregiving experience required.
- Age 21 or older.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Pass a background check and a motor‑vehicle report.
- Valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
- Access to a smartphone and a personal vehicle (current year or newer).
- Kind, patient, and caring personality.
- Available to work at least 2 hours per week.
