We're seeking a driven Business Development professional with a solid background in commercial construction sales within the union HVAC market. This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity designed for self-starting individuals eager to grow their income based on performance.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and union contacts.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in commercial HVAC.
• Negotiate and close deals aligned with company capacity and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, operations) to transition new projects smoothly.
• Provide market insights and strategic growth recommendations.

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction sales, with a focus on union HVAC.
• Familiarity with the union HVAC landscape and strong industry contacts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based, 1099 role.

This role offers uncapped earning potential through a tiered commission on gross profit, plus fixed monthly stipends.

• 0.5% on $0 – $100,000 Contract amount
• 1.0% on $101,000 – $500,000 Contract amount
• 1.5% on $501,000 – $750,000 Contract amount
• 2.0% on $751,000 and above Contract amount
• $100/month cell phone stipend
• $300/month auto stipend
