Job Description

Compensation: $30 - $37 p/hr (DOE)

Employment type:

Full-Time 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Local painting contractor is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk who is a team player, driven, outgoing, organized and has excellent attention to detail.

Our accounts receivables will be a key employee and is important to our success.



Key Responsibilities

• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
• Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
• Support the process for preparing and sending out electronic contracts
• Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.
• Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
• Maintain and update project/employee records and proper filing.
• Manage office emails, phone calls, manage reporting of customer issues and relaying information.
• Aid in Office Maintenance (coordinate equipment needs, supplies and general upkeep).

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently/ multi-task.
• Team Player
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Excel and Dropbox.
• Self-starter with an excellent work ethic and good under pressure.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to learn.
• Excellent attitude is a top-quality we are in search of.
• At least 3 years of experience.
