Position: Office Manager / Admin (Project/Temp)

Office Manager / Admin

Blazel is moving into an amazing new office, and we are looking for an experienced Office Manager / Admin who can lead the entire project from start to post‑move.

You will manage any and everything from facilitating vendors, movers, ordering furniture, setting up furniture, pre‑move walkthroughs, post‑move walkthroughs of the old office, new vendor setup, and more.

This position is starting out as a temp / project role for 1 to 2 months starting between Jan 26th – Feb 2nd. There is a possibility for extension based on further needs, post‑move.

About this role

Responsibilities

  • Support the selection and setup of our new office location, including coordination with interior designers, contractors, and other external vendors.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with office service providers such as maintenance, cleaning, security, and property teams.
  • Maintain budget and document all expenses and payments related to the move and office setup.
  • Assist with office equipment setup, workspace allocation, and facilities‑related improvements.
  • Setup office resources and order supplies and ensure the office is set up as a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with all vendors including movers, deliveries, building management, maintenance, and more.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Aroun Comd 2+ years of experience in administrative, office coordination, or similar roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proactive mindset, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with handling vendors and basic office management tasks is a plus.
  • Completed at least 1 office move / setup is a MUST.
