• Support inorganic transactions and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in M&A strategy and execution
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to inform inorganic strategy
• Build, maintain, and analyze financial models to assess M&A opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end M&A process, including due diligence and integration
• Prepare communications and presentations for senior executives

• Minimum of 2 years in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Private Equity
• Proficient in financial, valuation, and quantitative analyses with a strong understanding of accounting and operational KPIs
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage complex transactions in a fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor’s Degree required

• Experience working with technology companies
• Strong project management skills with cross‑functional leadership experience
