Product & Brand Designer (Bay Area-based) Base pay range

We’re looking for a Product & Brand Designer to help shape how Cozmo AI looks, feels, and communicates across everything we create. You’ll work directly with the founders and cross-functional teams to design across multiple surfaces including our platform dashboards, website, marketing campaigns, merch, large-scale brand moments, etc. This role is for a designer who thrives on variety, someone just as comfortable refining product interfaces as they are creating visuals for social media, events, or billboards.

You should be based in the Bay Area and available to start immediately.

• Design across all visual touchpoints: product dashboards, website pages, social media assets, campaign visuals, physical merch, etc.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces.
• Work with marketing to design brand campaigns, event materials, and digital ads.
• Maintain and evolve Cozmo AI’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across every channel.
• Contribute to brand storytelling through thoughtful design choices that connect emotion with clarity.
• Balance craft and speed by delivering high-quality design under tight timelines.
• Participate in creative direction discussions and bring ideas that push the brand forward.

• Strong across both product design and creative brand execution.
• Attention to typography, layout, and composition.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into intuitive user experiences.
• Works fluidly with engineers, marketers, and founders.
• Comfortable switching contexts and moving quickly from concept to delivery.

• 0–3 years of experience in product, brand, or multidisciplinary design.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• A portfolio that shows strength in both product UI and visual storytelling.
• Based in the Bay Area and available to start immediately.
• Understanding of responsive design, layout systems, and component libraries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience designing SaaS or data-heavy product interfaces.
• Comfort with front-end fundamentals (CSS, HTML) or motion tools (After Effects, Framer).
• Exposure to print or large-format design (billboards, events, packaging).
• Familiarity with brand identity systems and campaign execution.
• Interest in AI, technology, and the intersection of design and intelligence.
