Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our collaborative and physician-led practice in Palo Alto, California. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality ENT care in a supportive environment with abundant professional growth opportunities.
You will join a group of experienced ENT colleagues, sharing call on a 1:6 schedule, and have the flexibility to develop a subspecialty interest while maintaining a robust general ENT practice. The position combines outpatient care, procedural work, and surgical practice, supported by advanced technology and a culture that prioritizes clinician well-being, mentorship, and collaboration.

- Starting salary range: $382,500 – $425,000 (based on experience)
- Signing bonus and relocation allowance available
- Guaranteed salary for two years with production bonus
- Shareholder eligibility after two years
- PSLF eligible
