This isn't a typical admissions position. You won't be confined to desk work sending templated emails or drowning in administrative tasks. You'll lead impactful family tours, establish trust with prospective parents, and facilitate a smooth, individualized admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll maintain a safe, compliant campus environment that consistently welcomes students and families with professionalism.

In this position, you'll serve as the frontline ambassador of that mission, bringing it to life for every family entering our campus.

• Conducting personalized, conversion‑focused family tours that communicate Alpha's three core commitments and build confidence in our educational approach.
• Implementing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions pipeline.
• Maintaining strict safety and safeguarding standards to ensure a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
• Managing comprehensive facilities operations, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor relationships, and repair coordination.
• Leveraging data analysis to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment conversion rates.

• Being limited to one narrow, routine administrative function or isolated department.
• Operating under restrictive, detail‑level micromanagement that limits your autonomy.
• Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles that impede real progress.
• Spending your time solely on documentation, removed from direct interaction with students and families.

• Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
• 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
• Experience working with children/students
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self‑management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL;

  Piedmont, CA;
