Blue Chip Talent
, in partnership with a cutting-edge technology organization, is seeking a skilled Validation Technician
. This role is responsible for executing system validation using lab equipment, supporting hardware bring‑up efforts, and collaborating with engineering teams to build and troubleshoot automated test equipment.

Job Duties

• Implement test procedures for processor and hardware systems
• Operate lab instruments, including oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeters
• Utilize software interfaces to control test equipment
• Fabricate custom test setups and harnesses for electronic validation
• Perform system validation in thermal and electrical environments
• Execute soldering, rework, and component‑level PCB modifications
• Troubleshoot test hardware issues and document findings
• Support the deployment and commissioning of test systems

Skills & Experience

Required
:

• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and power supplies
• Experience with electrical testing using lab instrumentation
• Basic programming skills;
  Python preferred
• Hands‑on experience building automated test equipment (ATE)
• Technical degree or relevant field experience
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings
• Experience with soldering and PCB rework
• Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Experience using Jira for test tracking and collaboration
• Experience with industrial automation systems
• Ability to move/lift test instrumentation and perform physical lab tasks
