  • Design and prototype MTI algorithms, taking advantage of our unique multi‑static configuration
  • Productionize radar system architectures for space‑based MTI applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Analyze radar system performance metrics such as detection probability, false alarm rates, clutter suppression, and tracking accuracy
  • Develop and utilize simulation tools to model radar system behavior and validate design choices
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and program managers, to ensure successful system integration and deployment
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in radar systems engineering, with a focus on moving target detection and indication
  • Strong knowledge of MTI principles, including Doppler processing, clutter suppression, space‑time adaptive processing (STAP)
  • Experience with GMTI, AMTI, and/or moving target detection
  • Experience with bistatic and/or multistatic radar systems
  • Experience with military or defense radar systems
