OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and client-focused Registered Investment Services Associate to join our growing team. This individual will provide comprehensive support to our Wealth Advisors and play a key role in enhancing the client’s experience. The ideal candidate will hold active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses, possess experience with CRM systems such as Client Works and/or Redtail, and have a strong interest in building a long-term career as a Wealth Advisor.
This role is designed as a developmental position—the selected candidate will gradually take on their own clients, based on work performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support Wealth Advisors with day-to-day client service activities, account maintenance, and administrative tasks.
- Manage and document client interactions using CRM platforms (Client Works, Redtail).
- Answer client phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with prospecting activities, including research, data entry, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate and oversee the incentive referral program, ensuring timely tracking and reporting.
- Prepare meeting materials, performance reports, and account documentation as requested.
- Participate in client meetings as appropriate to learn and build advisor skills.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and support business development initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of firm products, services, and compliance requirements.
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses required.
- A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a client service or advisor support role within a financial services or wealth management firm.
- Proficiency with Client Works and/or Redtail CRM strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self‑motivated with a demonstrated interest in developing into a Wealth Advisor role.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
This position is intended as a stepping stone toward becoming a Financial Advisor. The successful candidate will receive mentorship, client exposure, and gradual transition of client relationships, with the expectation of managing their own book of business in the future, based on work performance.
Compensation- Hourly Rate: $39 - $41/hour. (depending upon experience)
- Commission:
Position is eligible for a 1% commission based on the team’s annual production. - Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical (we cover 100% of the employee’s health benefits and 50% of premiums for family coverage), dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability insurance
- Vacation (15 days/year) and sick time (10 days/year)
