We are currently seeking a detail‑driven, passionate Cook who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in delivering consistent quality with every plate.

What You’ll Do

As a Cook at AC Palo Alto, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner items with precision and consistency
• Executing dishes across various cooking techniques: roasting, broiling, baking, frying, steaming, and more
• Following recipes and portion standards with a meticulous eye for quality
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operating kitchen equipment with care and adhering to all safety protocols
• Ensuring proper storage, rotation, temperature control, and sanitation
• Supporting the culinary team by supervising prep staff and promoting a culture of excellence
• Identifying hazards and communicating proactively with leadership
• Taking initiative in daily operations and staying agile during high‑volume service periods

What We’re Looking For

You may be the perfect fit if you:

• Thrive in high‑energy kitchens and value teamwork and communication
• Have strong knife skills and confidence using both small and large kitchen equipment
• Bring knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures
• Can follow standardized recipes while maintaining speed and accuracy
• Show initiative, reliability, and leadership under pressure
• Are willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Have prior experience in a fast‑paced or upscale kitchen (preferred)
