Host

We are looking for Hosts that believe in treating our guests with first‑class service and incredible hospitality! Reports To

General Manager

Schedule

This is a part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position. Hours may vary weekly and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability is a must. Ideal candidates will have availability Wednesday through Sunday.

Requirements
  • Ability to provide top‑notch hospitality in a fast‑paced environment
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant team members
  • Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with guests, inviting guests in, seating guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload. Ability to prioritize well and remember all guest requests
  • Embrace all Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards
  • Ability to operate a POS system and Open Table Software
  • Accurately handle cash and all financial transactions
Education / Experience
  • High school education is required; hospitality or other degrees are a plus
  • Minimum 1‑year experience in the restaurant / customer service industry preferred
Physical
  • Must be able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
