Powered by our proprietary BankGPT platform, we are positioned to displace age-old legacy systems and own the end‑to‑end customer experience, unlocking a $200B opportunity and driving financial well‑being for millions.

We are hiring a Founding GTM Recruiter to partner directly with founders and senior leaders to scale our GTM team. You will operate as a founding member of the talent function, owning GTM hiring end‑to‑end during a critical scale‑up phase. You will set the bar, design the process, and personally drive outcomes.

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for GTM roles
• Partner closely with founders and executive leadership to translate growth goals into hiring plans
• Build high‑signal pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and targeted outbound
• Run tight, high‑bar interview processes with strong calibration and candidate experience
• Be highly selective—optimize for quality over volume
• Operate independently with minimal oversight and high accountability

• 4–8 years of recruiting experience in similar environments
• Demonstrated startup / scale‑up experience, ideally Series B–D
• Strong domain preference with experience recruiting GTM talent for AI or Customer Experience companies
• Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders
• Self‑managed, comfortable operating with ambiguity and outcome‑oriented
• Willingness to be on‑site in Palo Alto and act as a culture carrier

• Direct exposure to founders, board‑level priorities, and company strategy
• Meaningful equity and long‑term impact on how the company scales

• Base + bonus: $180,000 – $200,000
