Recruitment Coordinator – Contract
Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 months
Start: ASAP
Pay Range: $25.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support a fast‑paced Talent Acquisition team. This role will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule candidate interviews across multiple teams
- Support recruiters with candidate activities and communications
- Maintain accuracy across scheduling tools, calendars, and tracking systems
- Coordinate logistics for onsite and virtual interviews
- Ensure timely follow‑up with candidates and internal teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional communication skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite schedule
