We are seeking a strategic, experienced HR Business Partner to support our Americas GTM with a focus on the Marketing, Channel, and SDR organizations. This role is critical to driving talent strategies, enabling organizational effectiveness, and aligning people priorities with business goals.

You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping to shape the future of Rubrik's GTM organization through organizational design, leadership development, talent planning, and change enablement. As a key member of the Americas GTM leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in cultivating a high‑performing, inclusive culture and delivering HR solutions that scale with the business. This role reports to the global head of GTM Business Partnering and would come into the Palo Alto HQ 3x per week.

Strategic

HR partnership
  • Partner closely with Americas Marketing, Channel, and SDR leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, providing counsel on organizational effectiveness, leadership, and culture.
  • Help build a strong, engaged team culture that attracts, develops, and retains top cybersecurity talent.
  • Develop and execute a unified people strategy in collaboration with global HRBPs and functional leaders.
  • Translate business needs into HR strategies that support growth and performance.
Organizational Design & Effectiveness
  • Lead organization design and change initiatives that improve efficiency, agility, and accountability.
  • Use data and insights to drive strategic decisions and improve organizational health.
  • Operationalize organizational changes, potentially defining new job roles, aligning them with compensation structures, and ensuring seamless integration into existing career paths.
  • Manage the full annual HR cycle for the supported organizations, including performance management, compensation reviews, and annual talent planning, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor regulations and efficiently manage employee relations matters, maintaining clear documentation and proactive communication.
Talent Management & Development
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation teams to implement comprehensive talent strategies.
  • Influence leadership decisions on succession, capability development, and workforce planning.
Leadership Development
  • Assess leadership capabilities and drive programs to elevate performance and effectiveness. Support leadership transitions, onboarding, and development planning.
Culture & Engagement
  • Champion Rubrik’s values and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusion. Lead initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement across the region.
Change Management
  • Design and lead change management efforts to support organizational shifts. Create strategies for stakeholder engagement, communications, and change adoption.
How You’ll Do It
  • Strong business acumen, ability to translate business priorities and match people strategies to business strategies.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and stakeholders, influence through expertise and a consultative approach, and act as a trusted advisor to coach leadership on critical talent decisions.
  • Work across stakeholders in a complex, global, and matrixed ecosystem. Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries to navigate conflicting priorities, mobilize, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
