- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT risk management framework, ensuring alignment with CSSF circulars and industry best practices.
- Oversee all aspects of IT outsourcing, including provider/vendor selection, contract management, due diligence, performance monitoring, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Administer and configure IT systems to support secure and efficient business operations.
- Design, enhance, and enforce information security and technology risk policies across the organisation.
- Foster a risk-aware culture and provide strategic guidance on IT risk and outsourcing matters to senior management.
- Conduct and manage IT security risk assessments, including those delegated to external entities or group affiliates.
- Direct the implementation of IT/IS risk management programmes and ensure effective oversight of outsourced IT functions.
- Advise senior management on strategic systems conversions, integrations, and outsourcing strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage strategic plans, policies, and schedules for IT services, network communications, and management information systems to achieve corporate goals.
- 3-5 years’ experience in IT risk management and/or IT outsourcing oversight, preferably within the financial sector
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, data protection and regulatory requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Fluency in English, German is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
