We’re looking for a hands‑on Net Suite Administrator to lead the optimization, automation, and integration of our financial systems. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, and Operations to ensure Net Suite and its connected tools drive efficiency, scalability, and data accuracy across the organization.

• Manage and optimize Net Suite, including configurations, user roles, workflows, and issue resolution.

• Support and integrate financial systems such as Coupa, Shopify, Avalara, Concur, Ironclad, and Rippling.

• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches that deliver actionable insights.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance across all systems and financial processes.

• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and third‑party integrations, coordinating with IT and vendors.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase scalability and reduce manual work.

• Support month‑end close and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Train users, document workflows, and champion best practices across teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 7+ years of experience supporting or implementing financial systems in a global environment.

• Expertise in Net Suite administration and configuration; experience with Coupa, Shopify, Avalara, Concur, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of accounting, P2P, OTC, and financial reporting processes.

• Proven ability to deliver complex system integrations and collaborate with senior Finance stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience leading or mentoring team members preferred.

• Experience with Anaplan or Adaptive Insights for budgeting and forecasting.

• Familiarity with AI‑driven automation tools or workflow platforms.

• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

The salary for this position ranges from $140,000 – $175,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
