Founding Frontend Engineer

• Design and build the core frontend experience for an AI-native developer platform and IDE for hardware engineers
• Own the full product experience, from interaction design through production‑ready UI
• Translate complex AI and ML workflows into intuitive, elegant tools for technical users
• Establish the product’s frontend architecture, design language, and UI foundations
• Work closely with engineers and researchers to ship a first‑of‑its‑kind product
• Contribute to product decisions in a fast‑moving, highly technical environment

• 2–6 years of experience in frontend engineering with strong product sensibility.
• Experience in building frontend for developer tools (IDEs, data platforms, ML tooling) or prior experience working at a dev‑tool or design‑centric company, or Building AI‑native or agent‑driven interfaces.
• Strong command of React and Next.js

• UI/UX fundamentals with a portfolio demonstrating systems
  thinking and visual craft
• Experience designing or building AI‑powered products or agent interfaces.
• Ability to both design and code in a 0→1 environment (design‑engineer profile).

• Base Salary: $180,000 – $240,000 USD (commensurate with experience)
• Equity: Competitive and meaningful founding‑level equity
