Founding Hybrid Network Security Support Engineer

A fast-growing security startup in Palo Alto is seeking a Technical Network Security Support Engineer. In this role, you will be the first line of defense for customers, troubleshooting complex network and firewall settings. You will collaborate with design-partner customers to ensure their success and work closely with Engineering and Product teams. The position offers a hybrid work environment and a chance to shape the customer support experience from the ground up.

Ideal candidates have 4-6 years of technical support experience and a deep understanding of security platforms.
