The Opportunity
Want to build the next great technical community while staying hands-on with cutting-edge cloud and AI technology? We're looking for a technical creator to build Rubrik's presence across platforms like You Tube, Twitter, Discord, and podcasts. This is a dream role for someone who loves creating technical content, building genuine relationships in the tech community, and staying current with cloud-native technologies.
This role is open to remote, but for those in the Bay Area, there is a hybrid in office cadence.
What You'll Do
Own Rubrik's technical voice across social platforms
Build and grow our technical You Tube channel from the ground up
Create your own technical lab environment for testing and content
Host a technical podcast interviewing industry experts
Develop and nurture relationships with cloud/AI practitioners
Create content that actually helps engineers solve problems
Experiment with emerging platforms and formats
Travel to key industry events (when you want to)
What Makes You a Great Fit
You're already active in technical communities
You love explaining complex topics through content
You have hands-on experience with:
Public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Kubernetes and containers
Infrastructure as Code
Modern application architectures
You're excited about AI and its impact on infrastructure
You build genuine relationships in the tech community
10+ years of experience in the marketing and content space

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC) Pay Range
$204,400—$286,400 USD
