Role: Senior Product Manager, AI

Compensation: $170K–$225K base + equity

YOE: 3–5+ years of hands‑on product management experience

• Own and spearhead end‑to‑end development of AI‑powered product pillars
  , including conversational agents and intelligence systems.
• Design, ship, and iterate on AI workflows such as prompting systems, automation engines, and data‑driven decision products.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and customer‑facing teams to rapidly launch and scale high‑impact features.
• Define success metrics (accuracy, automation impact, engagement, conversion) and drive continuous improvement through data.
• Take ownership of large, meaty product initiatives from day one in a high‑velocity, low‑process environment.
• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team, influencing product strategy during a critical growth phase.

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  , preferably on AI‑forward or technically complex products.
• Proven ability to ship end‑to‑end features in fast‑moving startup or scale‑up environments.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, agents, prompting, data systems); comfortable collaborating deeply with engineers.
• Experience defining product requirements, prioritizing trade‑offs, and owning outcomes.
• Clear career progression with increasing scope and ownership (promotions, expanded responsibility).
