We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented IT Program Manager to lead the implementation of pre‑defined IT requirements between RV Tech and the VW Group. This strategic role is pivotal in ensuring seamless data exchange, compliance, and alignment across both organizations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in IT program and project management with a proven track record in the software industry.

This position is based in our Palo Alto, California office and reports directly to the Sr. Lead IT & VWG Interface.

• Project / Program Management
  • Lead the implementation of IT requirements supporting the integration between RV Tech and VW Group systems.
  • Align, coordinate, and execute the rollout of software solutions across RV Tech and VW Group.
• Implementation & Coordination
  • Oversee the implementation of key IT requirements across both organizations.
  • Manage escalations and drive issue resolution between PMT and VW Group, including its associated brands.
• Centralized Timeline Alignment
  • Establish and manage the core collaboration application used to coordinate project plans and timelines.
  • Align timelines, resources, and deliverables with vehicle project milestones.
• Stakeholder Communication & Onboarding
  • Facilitate seamless communication between VW Group users operating within the RV Tech environment and vice versa.
  • Coordinate with service providers to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT activities, requirements, and timelines.
  • Ensure all implemented solutions adhere to internal policies and external regulatory standards.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on IT project and program management.
• Strong expertise in managing IT projects and managing cross‑organizational requirements.
• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across international teams and complex organizational structures.

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California‑Based Applicants: $135,800 to $169,800 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
