Risk Adjustment Product Manager

risk adjustment, coding, and analytics platforms
used by leading Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA health plans. We’re looking for a
hands-on Product Manager
who deeply understands
risk adjustment operations
and can bridge
data, product, and client needs
with precision.

This is not a “PowerPoint PM” role. You’ll be close to the data, the clients, and the outcomes.

• Own and evolve
  risk adjustment product modules
  across RAF, coding, analytics, and reporting
• Run and validate
  SQL queries
  to analyze outputs, trends, and anomalies
• Review and verify
  RAF calculations, HCC capture, and coding outputs
• Validate reports and dashboards for
  accuracy, logic, and client readiness
• Act as a
  client‑facing product lead
  —understand requests, translate them into product requirements, and drive execution
• Partner with engineering, analytics, and delivery teams to ensure
  high‑quality releases
• Support
  UAT, regression testing, and output validation
• Drive prioritization using a
  program / project management mindset

• 6‑8+ years of experience in
  Risk Adjustment (MA, Medicaid, ACA)
• Strong understanding of
  HCC models, RAF mechanics, and coding workflows
• Ability to
  run queries (SQL)and analyze data independently
• Proven experience reviewing
  reports, RAF outputs, and coding results
• Comfortable engaging with
  health plan clients
  and handling ad‑hoc requests
• Product management experience in
  healthcare analytics or SaaS
• Bonus:
