As the Solution Advisor Expert (SA), you will be the go‑to person for any solution or product question within the sales team. You will leverage your deep expertise to support the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunitiesallugu to post‑sale customer support. You will also assist customers in expanding their current SAP footprint to maximize value for their organization.
The role requires a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in enterprise software/IT, including substantial customer‑facing pre‑sales or solution‑architecture leadership on platform and PaaS initiatives.
Responsibilities- Serve as the principal technical and solution authority for strategic accounts and complex opportunities across the sales cycle (qualification → design → close → handover → expansion).
- Own end‑to‑end solution articulation for SAP BTP: architecture patterns, integration strategies (S/4
HANA, third‑party systems), extension frameworks, automation, and AI‑driven use cases. - Lead and drive high‑impact customer engagements: executive briefings, technical workshops, architecture reviews, RFP responses, customized demos, and multi‑stakeholder proofs‑of‑concept.
- Provide deep solution‑specific expertise to support new sales and adoption papers for key customers.
- Provide both standard and customized/personalized solution demonstrations that bring SAP solutions to life and show customers the value of SAP.
- Support the Account Team by delivering solution presentations and events to identify and qualify new opportunities and drive adoption and consumption disclaiming SAP solutions.
- Evaluate account qualification criteria to determine further investment in pursuing opportunities.
- Establish yourself as a thought leader within the account team and fine‑tune account strategy.
- Collaborate with the team in creating overall themes and competitive differentiation.
- Conduct vigorous dry runs on strategic deals and customer engagements.
- Transition engagement to the implementation partner/Services teams effectively.
- Engageシリーズ with customers Mini‑set selling vision of SAP solutions and ensure eagerness for renewal.
- Leverage digital assets throughout the customer engagement, including demos, presentations, and other content.
- 12 years of professional work experience with large software/IT organizations, preferably in a solution and/or architecture advisory role.
- 4 years of relevant SAP BTP and/or Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS) experience in a customer‑facing role, with specific focus given to cloud data warehousing solutions.
- Expertise with Business Data Cloud (BDC) and related components (Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake).
- Functional knowledge of S/4
HANA applications and/or optimization of business processes that leverage SAP BDC is desired. - Strong understanding of modern data architecture industry trends and proven ability to present to all levels in a customer’s organization.
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture industry leaders and competitive differentiators.
- Viewed as a solution expert and trusted advisor with a track record of success.
- Strong executive presence and storytelling skills.
Candidate(s) will be required to work 3 days a week in the office/client site as per our Pledge to Flex return‑to‑office policy. Travel expectations: 0 – 50%.
