**** Role Summary
** As Senior Manager in the Office of Strategic Alignment & Performance, you will play a critical role in translating Uniphore’s strategic vision—anchored in the VCSOM framework—into measurable, cross-functional execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep operational mindset, capable of enabling functional leaders to align, execute, and report consistently across the business.

* ** Qualifications** - 5-7 years in business operations, strategy execution, or program management roles in a SaaS, high-growth, or PE/VC-backed company.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise KPIs, performance management principles, and OKR/OKI methodologies.
- Expertise in building automated dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, BI tools, or similar).
- Proven ability to drive alignment across executive-level stakeholders and their second in command.

- Demonstrated experience operationalizing strategic frameworks across large, cross-functional teams.
** Competencies** - High EQ, persistent and, with ability to influence without authority.
