The AI Enablement Intern works directly with end users, coaching them through specific workflows, maintaining lightweight reference materials, and running structured comparative testing across the firm's AI platforms. The role also supports forward-looking evaluation of new features and helps ensure that governance and token-management guardrails are built into finished skills and workflows.

The ideal candidate is a current law student with a genuine interest in applied AI tools and legal technology, strong communication skills, and the patience and clarity to help colleagues build new habits around AI-assisted work.

End-User AI Enablement & Support
  • Provide 1:1 support to attorneys and business professionals on specific, defined workflows within the firm's consolidated AI tech stack.
  • Field and resolve end-user questions on prompting technique and tool usage, scoped to the firm's supported platforms.
  • Build and maintain lightweight reference materials, such as quick guides, to support self-service adoption.
Comparative Testing & Documentation
  • Run structured, comparative testing across the firm's AI platforms (e.g., context-window behavior and other capability differences across Claude, Harvey, and Legora).
  • Document findings and surface themes, trends, and triage priorities to the Director, AI Innovation & Operations.
Frontier Feature Support & Governance
  • Conduct forward-looking testing of new AI features and platform releases in support of the firm's frontier evaluation efforts.
  • Implement governance, business, and token-management guardrails into finished AI skills and workflows, as directed by the Director, AI Innovation & Operations and the broader AI Innovation team.
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated interest in applied AI tools and their use in legal practice.
  • Comfortable using and troubleshooting generative AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Harvey, Legora) at an end-user level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to document findings and testing results in a structured, repeatable way.
  • Comfortable working 1:1 with attorneys and business professionals at varying levels of technical comfort.
  • Prior experience supporting end users or colleagues through software or technology adoption.
  • Coursework, research, or hands-on exposure to prompt engineering or generative AI tools.
  • Interest in legal technology, legal operations, or AI enablement/adoption as a career path.
  • Currently enrolled in a college degree program.

The anticipated pay rate is $21 to $25 per hour.
