Location: Silicon Valley, CA
A leading international law firm is seeking a talented associate to join its Securities Litigation practice in Silicon Valley. The team is recognised for its success in high-profile securities and shareholder disputes and offers a strong platform for continued professional and client development.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on complex securities litigation and shareholder disputes.
- Support investigations, including securities‑related inquiries and regulatory matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate with partners and teams across multiple offices on cross‑border matters.
- 2–4 years of experience gained at a top‑tier Am Law firm.
- Prior exposure to securities or shareholder litigation is highly desirable.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Admission to the California Bar, or eligibility to obtain it, preferred.
Salary Range: $235,000 – $310,000 DOE
