We’re seeking a Trademark Paralegal to support a busy IP practice in Silicon Valley. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing deadlines, working directly with clients, and keeping trademark portfolios on track.

• Draft correspondence and support IP attorneys and paralegals
• Manage attorney and client trademark dockets and deadlines
• Communicate with clients and report trademark filings and updates
• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, office action responses, and USPTO submissions
• Handle time entry, expenses, scheduling, and calendar coordination
• Review, docket, and route correspondence using IP docketing software

• Over 3 years of consistent U.S. trademark prosecution experience in a law firm
• Working knowledge of USPTO trademark rules and procedures
• Paralegal certificate required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
