PT Operations Professional

Provide operational support in store functions to help maintain an efficient operation and deliver an exemplary customer experience. This seasonal position lasts a maximum of three months.

• Support shipping and receiving, stockroom, cash office, inventory preparation, and administrative duties.
• Maintain office and facility supplies, process invoices, and coordinate accessory repair, engraving, and embossing services.
• Support shrink reduction and ensure merchandise, cash office, shipping, and inventory processes follow company standards.
• Assess store processes and procedures, offering suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• At least two years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with strong technical skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• A collaborative approach, professional demeanor, and passion for the product.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts and lift approximately 20 pounds, including packing, unpacking, and moving stock.
