• Have 2-4 years of product management experience and are hungry to prove what you can do
• Are obsessed with customer research and bridging the gap between vision and market
• Have very good taste in product and extremely savvy with AI tools to prototype
• Can rapidly iterate and experiment to find what actually works in the real world
• Deep technical acumen and ability to collaborate with both business team and engineers to adequate estimate, schedule, and align interests
• Want to be in constant contact with customers and deeply understand their needs

• Base: $100K-$120K
• Total Comp: $140K-$170K with performance bonuses tied to market acceptance
