Quality Control Specialist / On-Site (Italy) What are we looking for?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform quality control at all stages of the Jetson aircraft production and assembly;
• Implement performance tests and functional inspections;
• Draft and update operating procedures and quality control forms;
• Coordinate audits and manage corrective/preventive actions;
• Train operational staff on quality procedures and technical specifications;
• Manage non-conformities, maintaining constant dialogue with suppliers;
• Collaborate with Management for the adoption of sustainable and innovative practices

PREFERRED

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Technical diploma or equivalent educational background;
• Proven experience in quality control processes, preferably within the metalworking, or electrical sectors;
• Strong manual skills and proficiency in using measurement instruments;
• High level of precision, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Can-do, will-do  attitude with a proactive approach and willingness to take action.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Applies time management, effective planning, prioritizing, and organizing skills to maximize productivity.
• Brings a positive attitude and energy to the workplace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid Class B driving license.
• Must be eligible for employment in Italy and willing to work onsite.
