Responsibilities
  • Full-time on-site role for an Acrylic Bath Sales Representative based in San Jose, CA.
  • Consult with potential customers, understand their remodeling needs, present product options, and create tailored solutions for acrylic bath upgrades.
  • Manage client relationships, provide clear communication about project timelines, and ensure excellent customer experiences from consultation through project completion.
  • Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure projects align with customer expectations.
Qualifications
  • Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer experiences.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to clearly present solutions and address customer inquiries.
  • Knowledge of home remodeling, particularly in acrylic bath systems, with the ability to provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in sales, remodeling, or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and scheduling purposes.
  • Self‑motivated and driven to achieve sales goals in a professional setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales, design, or construction is a plus.
  • 3+ years of in‑home sales experience is a huge plus.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a HIS License.
