Join a High Jewelry Maison as a Sales Associate, delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships in a luxury boutique. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, developing a loyal clientele, and supporting daily boutique operations.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service and balancing daily business with High Jewelry sales.
- Develop new business through community events, client invitations, and curated clienteling outreach.
- Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data accuracy, communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting.
- Assist with daily display setup and breakdown, and maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality.
- Travel as required.
- A bachelor's degree or jewelry certification with 7 years of experience is preferred.
- Strong ability to develop lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Excellent service orientation, curiosity about people, and effective in-person and written communication skills.
