HIRING IMMEDIATELY

We are hiring Flex Security Officers covering multiple sites in the surrounding areas of Palo Alto, CA
. This position offers a pay rate of $31/hr, paid weekly
.

• Must be flexible to work any shift and travel to the nearby sites.

• CA Guard Card/40‑hour Certificate preferred.
• CPR Card.
• Successfully complete Sunstates background check which includes a 10‑Panel Drug Screen and clients more extensive background check.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and more than 3 years of driving experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Drivers License.
• CPR/1st Aid.

• Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Maintain natural composure and an infectious attitude towards arising issues, with the ability to adapt quickly and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Prepare all required written reports in an ongoing and timely manner, including Daily Activity Reports (DAR’s) and Incident Reports.
• Operate phones, radios, and computer systems and applications such as MAC IOS, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Suites.
• Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and alarm panels for emergencies and potential issues.
• Follow site‑specific post orders, pass down messages, and remain in compliance with employee handbook guidelines at all times.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols within an office and industrial complex.

• Will be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need; assignments are temporary.
• Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need.
• Shifts are offered as they become available due to staffing needs; some will be scheduled in advance, others may be short‑notice.
• Expected to work any scheduled shift within described availability. If unavailable, must communicate with supervisor promptly.
• For short‑notice call‑ins, must work at least 80% of called shifts; refusal of more than 20% may impact employment status.
