Director of Parent Advocacy, Alpha – $200,000/year USD
This role is managed through Crossover and offers a base pay of $100.00/hr ($200,000/year assuming 40 hours per week). Compensation is wage-based and depends on experience and skills. The position is full‑time (40 hours per week) and requires an independent contractor agreement.
Location & On‑Site RequirementsPosition requires on‑site presence at a single campus. Local travel is expected. Relocation support is provided for candidates willing to move.

Students complete core academic work in two hours daily through AI‑driven applications, and the remainder of the day focuses on practical competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem‑solving, and meaningful project work. What You Will Be Doing- Managing the complete parent lifecycle—from initial inquiry to sustained engagement—for a single campus.
- Delivering persuasive information sessions and individual discussions that transform interested parents into active advocates.
- Acting as the central parent liaison—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family is acknowledged and supported following enrollment at Alpha.
- Establishing visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site engagement, local partnerships, and intentional outreach.
- Mobilizing parent advocates to drive referrals and expand community influence.
- Relying on pre‑written sales scripts or transactional messaging.
- Assigning relationship‑building responsibilities to campus staff or operating in a passive capacity.li>
- Allowing structured parent groups to undermine or compromise Alpha’s educational philosophy.
- Working primarily from a desk—this role requires deep involvement in the parent journey and local community.
Lead enrollment and retention at your campus by cultivating high‑trust parent relationships from initial engagement through sustained satisfaction and advocacy.
Basic Requirements- Live within commuting distance of one of the above campuses or be willing to relocate to the stated locations.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience working with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
- Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.
Full‑time (40 hrs per week) with a weekly payment schedule. The compensation level is $100/hr, which equates to $200,000 per year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
