As a Full Stack Developer at Drip Capital, you will primarily focus on building and scaling backend systems while also contributing to frontend initiatives. This role is ideal for a strong backend engineer who can take ownership of frontend tasks to support product delivery and team velocity.

• Designing, building, deploying, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs
• Designing, building, and maintaining frontend components and user interfaces to deliver seamless user experiences
• Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Building risk modules that adapt to individual and market variations
• Creating and enhancing workflow automation
• Debugging issues across the full technology stack
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code for both backend and frontend

• 3+ years of relevant experience in building scalable and reliable, distributed system with responsive frontend interfaces.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language:
  Ruby, Java, Python, Golang, C/C++, or similar.
• Experience with backend frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Spring, or similar MVC frameworks.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL optimization, indexing, and schema design
• Experience designing and building APIs (RESTful APIs and/or Graph
  
  QL)
• Hands‑on production experience with at least one modern frontend framework:
  React.js OR Vue.js.
• Experience integrating with third‑party applications and backend APIs and understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Good understanding of software architecture fundamentals and UI/UX design principles.
• Good to have prior experience with Ruby on Rails and Nuxt.js
